Fitness at Aquaterra – is a schedule of the group trainings, drawn up by the best experts in the field, where are taken into account different levels of physical preparation and individual approach to each client. We also take a “longevity” approach to our workouts to ensure You a lifetime of improvement, challenge and reward.
Besides of the various fitness classes, Pilates, Yoga, Kangoo Jumps, Martial Arts, Aerobics and Aqua-aerobics, Dances and Fitness classes for children, Aquaterra represents:
  • The Gym – which  is equipped with an ultramodern line of fitness machines Artis by Techno Gym company provided with internet access.
  • Fitness Club with a swimming pool which  has 25 meters – is the only swimming pool in Moldova with multistage salt-based water system, which helps to maintain the ideal purity of the water and takes care of Your skin and hair. This pool will be especially appreciated by people with allergies and sensitive skin.
  • Separate area for aqua aerobics.
  • Fly Yoga – it is a unique workout.  A harmonic synthesis of yoga, fitness, dance and movement therapy. This system consists of efficient and effective exercises that have a favorable effect on overall health.

    Personal training for any type of children’s activity – an individual approach to your child, provided by qualified coaches, which will help Your child  to achieve better health, higher self-esteem and confidence and to increase overall body tone. Working out with a personal trainer can be a safe environment for children to get fit and strong without feeling self-conscious.

    The membership includes:

    • Frequenting  group trainings in accordance with the established  timetable.
    • Comfortable changing rooms just for children;
    • Towels;
    • Freezing the membership card  from  7 to 30 days.

    KIDS ROOM

    Fitness Club Aquaterra, has special room for children over 4 years old. You will always be able to leave Your child under the supervision of experienced babysitters during workouts or SPA procedures. Absolutely all the babies will find their favorite activities. Diverse toys, educational games, communication with other children and the individual approach of  educators will create an exciting atmosphere for Your child.

    WunderKinder – this is a developmental activity in which children, in a fun way, based on unique methods, learn to think, solve problems, find their own mistakes and correct them. Thus, they develop memory, logic, thinking, speech, attention and fine motor skills.

    Baby Fit – this is a fun activity based on active games that help children to socialize, learn and correctly implement the basic patterns of movement. This activity develops all muscle groups, coordination, strength and endurance.

    English Class – this lesson will allow your child to delve into the linguistic environment in the most fun way, too insusească vocabulary, and expressions in the English language.

    Swimming – this training strengthens the immune system, fortifies all muscle groups, reliefs the body and has a positive effect on the respiratory system.
